- This support group happens monthly and is open to the community.
- Bring a yoga mat, please.
- This meditation is hosted outdoors. Be sure to dress according to the weather.
Our monthly meditation support group is designed to find balance under the light of the moon. We will gather as a community and set our new intentions for the following month. Our meditation and grounding exercises facilitate the self-discovery journey by encouraging the release of emotions, thoughts, and energies that no longer serve us. Join our meditation sessions to enhance the strength of new intentions, align energies with the earth, learn to flow with the changing tides, and feel the rhythm of the moon.
