QiGong exercise gently retrains the muscles of the neck and shoulders, lower back, hip to relax.

Retrain the brain to retrain the muscles to relax and move easier. These exercises get to the root of chronic muscle pain and teach your body to move more efficiently as you eliminate muscle pain
